Came in yesterday for an oil change and tire patch. Ultimately my tire couldn't be patched. I needed to ponder ordering the tire so I left after service and when I got home I called back, spoke with the store manager and asked that the tire be ordered. He confirmed it would be ordered. I was told, while in store it would be there either at 5pm same day or by 9am the following morning. I am here at 9am and guess who didn't order the tire? The store manager. Seems like griping openly about marriage and your wife while customers are in the store is a bigger priority than actually doing your job as a store manager. Gross. Crystal is great, though. She's the only reason this isn't a 1 star review. I appreciate her help a lot and she's very professional and efficient in communicating the work that's been done and still needs done.

Staffs are very cordial, customer service is very good. Usually can connect to their customer service within a minute. Appointments are pretty available. They do not push customers to decide on a recommended repair.

Made an appointment by phone. Took my car in, they were done in the time indicated, everyone was very professional and courteous. I have a health issue and the young woman working that day came to my rescue, so that I could leave, I'm not at all comfortable around a lot of people and I started to get anxious, I'm so grateful she was paying attention and followed me outside, she then made it possible for me to leave as soon as possible. Thank you to her and Firestone.

I've been going here for years and they have worked on 3 of my cars. My last visit was above and beyond customer service! I paid for a quote on my MPV from a place a little closer to me. Unfortunately since I just bought the van 6 weeks prior I wasn't prepared for the cost. Came back 6 weeks later to schedule an appointment and the shop said they would not honor the quote and NOW it's gunna be a lot more and I have to buy a part myself. Not trusting the shop anymore went back to ol reliable (Beaverton Firestone). After needing to pay another diagnostic it looked like the bill was gunna be a lil higher. Again I was gunna need to save more money for a week and then get back to them. Getting ready to go pick up my van I got a call; Firestone said THEY would honor the last shops quote and my van would be ready that night. Like autos do when they pulled it apart they found another problem. I got a call explaining the issue, told no extra charge, and I can pick up in the next am. Honest reliable shop with excellent customer service and work! (Shout out to my technician 11LEGEND and all your hard work!!). 10 out of 10 recommend!

I had the absolute worst experience with Firestone in Beaverton and they did such an awful job I have to make an appointment at a different Firestone so that I can fix what Beaverton Firestone broke. They also damaged my car. I originally came into Firestone to get some new tires and headlights. I decided to open a credit card, I decision I now regret due to what a horrible experience I’ve had. A few months later I noticed that both my fog lights were broken and one of them fell out of my the socket and burned a hole in the bottom of my car (see photos) I brought my car back and was told they’d replace it due to it being under warranty. After waiting for an hour, I was told I had to come back once they ordered the right part. I got a few days later to come in because the part was ready and I made an appointment. I dropped off my car and after an hour I get a call saying they only ordered one part and I have to come back again. They didn’t even take my car in they just wasted my hour. I spoke to a manager (Rick) who did not seem to understand why I was upset and offered no apology or compensation. I ended up leaving without much of a solution. I get another call a week later
